After purchasing your new home, villa, carriage home or condo hopefully thru John R. Wood Inc and myself your realtor! You will need the information below to transfer the membership over with the homeowners association. You must complete the purchaser data sheet and give it plus a check for $3,255  to the homeowners association and a check for $100 to the condo association  at least 20 days prior to closing!
